Community privacy notice
The Circle collects only the information needed to operate this private community.
Information we keep
We store your email address, username, chosen display name, optional biography, account security information, posts, reactions, reports, and basic server logs. Passwords are stored only as secure password hashes and cannot be read by administrators.
How it is used
Your information is used to authenticate your account, operate and moderate the forum, deliver account messages, protect the service, and respond to requests. We do not sell member information.
Visibility
Your username, display name, biography, and forum activity are visible to other authenticated members. Your email address is visible only to authorized administrators unless you choose to disclose it.
Retention and deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting the Circle. Some contributions may be retained in anonymized form when needed to preserve the continuity of discussions or moderation records.
Security and limits
The community uses access controls and encrypted web connections, but no online system can promise absolute confidentiality. Members are also responsible for honoring the community’s privacy rules.
